We create tech-powered food adventures across the city. Over the last 3 years, we’ve built something people genuinely love and now we’re ready to grow. Our product spans local D2C, corporate groups, and tourism. In May 2025, we launched in Singapore, and our long-term goal is to build a globally trusted brand. Right now, it’s just the two founders and a small freelance team. We’re looking for someone hands-on, experienced, and excited to help shape what comes next.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who has helped grow early-stage startups, ideally in food, leisure, tourism, events, or D2C experiences. You’ll lead both strategy and execution across marketing, customer insight and conversion, helping shape how we position and scale the business. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who wants ownership, impact, and the chance to build on a strong foundation. We’re open to shaping the role around the right person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver our multi-city customer growth strategy across paid, organic, and partner channels, with a focus on revenue generation within budget
  • Diversify and test new marketing channels, paid and organic, to unlock new revenue streams
  • Improve how our website and funnel convert interest into bookings
  • Spot and fix drop-offs across the full customer journey, from first touchpoint to booking
  • Shape and align brand messaging across all channels and markets
  • Use customer data and feedback to guide messaging, positioning, and product improvements, with a focus on acquisition and retention
  • Continuously test and refine product-market fit to ensure we’re reaching the right audience in the right way
  • Set up simple, scalable systems to streamline and automate marketing, reporting templates, planning tools, and clear workflows for freelancers and agencies
  • Track performance across all channels, run regular reviews, and use the data to decide what to scale, stop, or test next
  • Support the creative strategy by working with content creators and identifying what performs best at each stage of the funnel
  • Work with platform partners and agencies, and help hire the right people as we build out the marketing function

About You

  • You’ve helped an early-stage startup grow, ideally in a consumer or experience-led space
  • You’ve led or supported international campaigns or market launches
  • You’re confident leading both strategy and execution
  • You know your way around ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) and analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Northbeam)
  • You’re data-minded and can turn insights into action
  • You’re organised, proactive, and bring structure to moving parts
  • You’re comfortable testing and learning as you go
  • You’re used to working independently and remotely
  • You’re excited by experiences and motivated to build something people love
