It’s an exciting time to be joining our Birmingham team – continued growth & a roster of prestigious clients means there’s plenty going on and huge career opportunity for whoever joins us.

Right now, we’re looking for a Head of Growth who'll work closely with our senior team to shape growth strategy, engage with high profile brands, generate a sizeable pipeline and ultimately play a key role in converting opportunities and enabling our continued success.

As you'd no doubt hope, we've fully embraced hybrid working, with the additional

flexibility of core hours to enable you to balance life and work. We all collaborate together on Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays at our home in Communications House, Solihull.

Requirements

How can you play a part?

This is the essential business growth role for McCann Birmingham. We need someone to lead, coordinate and action our new business pipeline generation plans and conversion strategies. Someone to own our New Business function holistically and maintain the focus and drive required for continuous momentum.

This person will spearhead this growth strategically and execute against that, but critically they will work alongside the senior team to plan how we achieve our objectives in the best and quickest way possible for all of our varied departments.

We want someone not afraid to ‘get on the tools’ themselves. An opportunity generator, relationships builder, relentless hustler and pitch guru!

They will also hold us to account, and show us the way, on New Business best practice, from creds materials, industry leading responses, best-in-class pitching, engaging marketing content and sales platform best practice.
