About the role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Head of Growth GTM Marketing leads the strategy and execution of all marketing at Logically.ai.
This role suits a versatile, driven self-starter who thrives in fast paced environments, comfortable owning every aspect of marketing and learning quickly when faced with new challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Define and deliver the go-to-market strategy across enterprise and government sectors
- Plan, launch, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (digital, paid, events, content, and ABM) to generate qualified pipeline working in partnership with sales
- Own demand generation and account-based marketing programmes, ensuring alignment with sales objectives
- Manage positioning, messaging, and product marketing in collaboration with the product team
- Drive brand visibility and thought leadership through content, PR, social, and digital channels within the company’s key growth markets
- Oversee website, SEO, and marketing automation platforms to improve lead capture and conversion within the company’s key growth markets
- Report on performance, demonstrating clear impact on revenue growth
- Manage external freelancers and partners to deliver campaigns
- Deliver programmes within agreed budgets
- Support strategic growth initiatives across the business
- Manage revenue operations and marketing technology
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in a growth or marketing leadership role within a tech start-up or scale-up
- Strong background in campaign execution across digital, paid, and content channels
- Expertise in go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and ABM
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, report, and optimise marketing performance
- Ability to work strategically and tactically in a lean environment, balancing planning with execution
- Experience partnering with sales and product teams to align on positioning and pipeline goals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Experience developing thought leadership and content strategies for enterprise and government audiences
- Budget management experience across multi-channel marketing programmes
- Social media management and podcast scaling experience
- Confident user of AI platforms, with experience building and deploying AI agents
- A versatile, driven self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, comfortable owning every aspect of marketing
- Fast learner when faced with new challenges
- Good storytelling and content writing skills
