The Opportunity

We have been a trusted name in technical recruitment for over 50 years, with an established reputation in the rail sector. Now, we’re making a strategic move into the highways sector - and we’re looking for a driven recruitment leader to spearhead this exciting new practice.

This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for creating and delivering a 3-year growth strategy, shaping our presence across the full highways lifecycle - from planning, design, and construction through to maintenance, permitting, and operations. You’ll also have the autonomy to build and lead your own team, backed by the brand, resources, and stability of one of the UK’s leading technical recruitment businesses.

What we’re looking for:

• A senior recruitment professional with proven highways sector experience, ideally alongside wider engineering or technical recruitment knowledge
• Strategic mindset with the ambition to build and scale a new practice
• Strong network and track record in client development
• A leader who can inspire and develop a high-performing team
• Be the architect of a new business area within an established, award-winning group
