We are seeking a senior IT infrastructure leader with hands-on design, deployment and management experience to run the IT Infrastructure for a City-based bank. The role requires experience across the full project life-cycle, from planning through delivery and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT Infrastructure for a City-based bank, including planning and delivering hardware and software upgrades.
• Engage with senior management to guide decisions and align infrastructure initiatives with business needs.
• Work across the full project life-cycle and operate at multiple levels within the organisation.
• Collaborate with a small team to ensure reliable, scalable and secure IT operations.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience across 1st to 3rd line support and progression into project management or a head of IT infrastructure role.
• Active Directory and SCCM server management.
• Disaster Recovery planning and implementation.
• Swift Messaging experience.
• Windows Server administration.
• EMC SAN experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels.
• Experience in banking (preferred).
• Based in the City of London or willing to relocate as required.
