About The Role
Our client is a small company looking to hire a Product Manager who can act as the bridge between internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and technology partners ensuring that the development and evolution of digital products align with the organisation’s objectives.
Product Manager
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000
Location: Bicester
Hybrid: Office based 3 days a week
Our client is a small company looking to hire a Product Manager who can act as the bridge between internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and technology partners ensuring that the development and evolution of digital products align with the organisation’s objectives. The company is based in Bicester and they have a hybrid working model which is working in the office 3 days a week. This role requires line management and leadership to the IT Manager to ensure operational support.
Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and technology partners to ensure digital product development aligns with organisational objectives.
- Provide line management and leadership to the IT Manager to ensure operational support.
- Manage all products from launch to end of life.
- Coordinate user testing and release planning.
- Ensure platforms meet data and security requirements.
- Engage in stakeholder management and vendor coordination as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Product ownership experience, preferably within the Sports Industry.
- Experience with SaaS or platform-based products.
- Understanding of software development processes.
- Stakeholder management and engagement.
- Managing third-party vendors.
- Ability to coordinate user testing and release planning.
- Experience interpreting data, measuring product performance, and making data-driven decisions.
What’s on Offer
- Salary up to £90,000, depending on experience.
