Location: Birmingham or London. This is a hybridrole with a minimum of three days in the office and frequent travel between sites

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals
• Oversee the IT department and ensure smooth operation of all systems
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals
• Manage IT projects from conception to completion
• Ensure data security and compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall IT infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head of IT or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Relevant degree in IT or related field
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a plus
