We’re working with a global tech company on a unique opportunity for a legally qualified professional to join their Legal Operations team on a high-impact secondment basis.

The Role:

You’ll be embedded within a fast-paced, high-performing Legal Ops team, supporting a range of strategic initiatives across EMEA and APAC. This is a hybrid legal/business operations role, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about legal innovation and process improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the rollout of the Global Master Services Agreement
• Managing trackers, updating playbooks, and researching local laws
• Contract processing and liaising with internal teams
• Supporting panel firm relationship management
• Revamping internal legal hubs and creating databases
• Developing playbooks, process flows, and visualisations
• Providing reporting and MI for leadership
• Ad hoc support to the regional Legal Ops team

What We’re Looking For:

• Legally qualified in the UK or Europe (NQ+)
• Strong legal operations or project management experience (essential)
• Background in commercial contracts and familiarity with EMEA/APAC legal frameworks
• Experience in-house or at a law firm
• Advanced user of Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and ideally Legal Tracker
• Comfortable in a high-stakes, fast-moving, and sometimes ambiguous environment
• A genuine interest in legal ops
