Our client is an innovative and developing Swiss-headquartered pharmaceutical company at the commercial stage. They are seeking a Legal and Compliance Director to lead for the UK, Nordics, and Canada, based in London.
This role reports to the head of legal for EUCAN and is part of the UK and country management boards. The director will lead strategic and operational legal and compliance issues in the region, including commercial contracting, collaborations, market access, ABPI matters, compliance training, monitoring, and digital and data privacy concerns.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced life sciences lawyer with 5-10+ years of experience in private practice and ideally in-house within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical technology organization. Experience in commercial legal matters and healthcare compliance programs is essential. The position is based in London with a hybrid working model. Apply
