Your future, your role

As Head of Legal, you’ll be:

• Prov@iding advice on a w@ide range of legal matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, employment law, intellectual property, and corporate governance, and instructing internal and external counsel as required

• Working with key stakeholders and departments in a collaborative style to maintain legal compliance and uphold the integrity of mydentist at all times

• Representing the company in legal proceedings and working with external counsel when necessary

• Drafting, negotiating, and approving contracts, legal documents, and business template agreements as required

• Leading the legal department, managing a team of legal professionals and support roles

You will have:

• A bachelor's degree in law or a related field, acquired from an accredited institution

• You will be a qualified Solicitor

• In-depth legal expertise, with an understanding of legal principles and practices, alongs@ide specific knowledge in the realm of contract law, employment law, intellectual property, and litigation

• Previous people management and development experience

• Corporate governance and/or company secretarial experience
