As Head of Legal, you’ll oversee the full legal function, acting as a trusted adviser to the board and senior stakeholders. You’ll balance hands-on legal work with leadership, developing policies, processes, and a team that can scale with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the global legal function, overseeing commercial, corporate, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Partner with the board and senior leadership to provide strategic legal input on business-critical projects, including M&A, fundraising, and international expansion.
• Draft, negotiate, and oversee complex commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Own and refine the company’s approach to data protection, AI regulation, and wider regulatory frameworks.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing legal team.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and regulators.
• Drive continuous improvement of legal processes, systems, and policies to support a fast-moving business.

What We’re Looking For

• UK-qualified solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE (law firm and/or in-house).
• Broad experience across commercial contracts, corporate, compliance, and data/tech regulation.
• Prior experience in a technology, SaaS, or international growth environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence at C-suite and board level.
• Commercially minded, pragmatic, and comfortable balancing risk
