- Lead digital marketing efforts, including paid campaigns, SEO, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Drive user acquisition through data-driven growth marketing strategies.
- Develop engaging content that resonates with diverse learners and educators, including blog articles, case studies, and social media assets.
- Own performance metrics and analyse data to optimise campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure an accessible and seamless user experience.
- Manage PR and brand-building initiatives to establish credibility and trust.
- Work closely with leadership to align marketing with overall business goals.
What the job involves
- Experience in B2C marketing, ideally in a high-growth startup, EdTech, HRtech, online learning, or digital platforms.
- Proven track record in B2C marketing, especially in user acquisition, growth marketing, and brand building.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), SEO, email automation, and content marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives.
- Creative thinker with a growth-hacking mindset who can execute lean, high-impact campaigns.
- Passion for education, learning accessibility, and technology is a plus.
