Overview

We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to lead audience growth and campaign performance across three well-established B2B event portfolios spanning the US, EU, and UK. These include large-scale exhibitions and a paid conference, so we’re looking for someone with deep experience in event marketing, audience acquisition, and delegate conversion.

This is a hands-on role to start, with a junior team that needs guidance, coaching, and confidence-building. You’ll be the strategic lead and the steady hand—driving performance while shaping the brand’s next chapter for growth.

Location & Hybrid

Hybrid working: 3 days in-office (Dorking), 2 days WFH; or 2 days in Dorking and 1 day from London office (2 days WFH).

Team

You’ll lead a team of 5 (3 Marketing Managers, 2 Marketing Executives) and collaborate closely with sales, content, and commercial teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and deliver the marketing strategy across three global B2B event portfolios
  • Build and execute 365-day engagement plans for exhibitors, delegates, and partners
  • Drive delegate acquisition for a paid conference and visitor growth for exhibitions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with commercial goals
  • Manage strategic partnerships with media outlets and industry influencers
  • Track and optimise campaign performance, audience growth, and ROI
  • Mentor and develop a junior team, fostering confidence and capability

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience in B2B event marketing (exhibitions and paid conferences)
  • Promoting and growing large-scale international events
  • Expertise in CRM and digital platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on budget ownership
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills across hybrid teams
  • Skilled in content marketing, brand development, and storytelling
  • Background in automotive or technology sectors (desirable)

Why This Role Matters

You’ll be the driving force behind audience growth, campaign performance, and brand evolution for a globally respected events portfolio. If you love mentoring talent, building strategy, and getting creative with how marketing drives revenue—this is your next big move.
