JD&CO is partnering with a fast-growing, mission-led consumer wellness brand. Following strong multi-channel growth (D2C, Amazon, major retail), the business is hiring a Head of Marketing with a growth spike.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can turn strategy into scale: build brand, drive acquisition/retention, and accelerate sell-through with retail and practitioner partners.

The Brief

As Head of Marketing, you’ll own the growth engine end-to-end segmentation & positioning, campaign strategy, channel mix, measurement, and activation. You’ll step into solid foundations and a lean in-house team, so you can focus on impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and run full-funnel acquisition & retention across D2C, Amazon, retail & practitioner channels.
  • Shape brand narrative, category positioning, and launch plans across multiple benefit areas.
  • Own CRM & lifecycle, segmentation, testing, LTV/retention, and content.
  • Drive retail/trade marketing to support sell-in and sell-through with key national accounts.
  • Manage a lean internal team and high-calibre agencies; set targets, budgets, and optimisation cadence.
  • Establish reporting discipline (CAC, MER/ROI, retention, retail sell-through) and a weekly operating rhythm.

You Must Bring

  • Success leading marketing in a high-growth omnichannel consumer brand (ideally food/bev/supplements/wellness).
  • Hands‑on with Shopify & Klaviyo; deep experience in performance + retention.
  • Retail/trade marketing and shopper activation know‑how.
  • Data‑driven, experimentation mindset; able to show clear revenue impact.
  • Strong storytelling and executional range from strategy to sleeves‑rolled‑up delivery.
  • Comfort leading small, sharp teams and managing agencies.
  • Experience working directly with founders.

Why This Is Compelling

  • Category momentum + meaningful mission in ethical consumer wellness.
  • Omnichannel growth story (D2C, Amazon, major retail) with room to scale.
  • Clean foundations and executive support own the plan from day one.
  • Competitive package, bonus & equity potential.
  • Remote‑first with London collaboration when useful.

Finally

This is a targeted search. Please apply only if you meet the essential criteria, we expect high interest and may not be able to respond to everyone individually.

JD&CO is passionate about championing diversity and challenging unconscious bias; every application is reviewed with care.
