Our Dubai office is based in Jumeirah Lake Towers: a vibrant, cosmopolitan hub just minutes from the Marina and the beach, we\'ll relocate you there after an initial period in the London office.
We\'re looking for a strategic leader with deep expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager, and a strong command of other digital platforms. You’ll be stepping into a senior leadership role—owning media strategy across all our paid campaigns and mentoring a high-performing team. This isn’t just about optimisation—it’s about vision, scale, and commercial impact.

This is a role for someone who is AI-literate and forward-thinking. You will be expected to bring practical experience of using AI to accelerate and improve performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of generative AI tools for copywriting, image production, and video creation—and a vision for how AI can power our next phase of media innovation.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Setting and owning our paid media strategy across Google, Meta and emerging platforms—with a strong emphasis on incorporating AI to optimise every stage of the funnel
- Leading a team of media buyers and analysts—guiding their development, encouraging AI adoption, and driving accountability
- Launching new product campaigns with speed, creativity and a clear eye on ROI
- Scaling profitable lead funnels in competitive markets through data-driven insights and campaign modelling
- Spotting opportunities before our competitors do—and acting fast, using AI tools to support rapid decision-making and content creation
- Improving margin by sharpening our bidding, creative and segmentation strategies
- Partnering across the business—especially with our Tech and Ops teams—to ensure alignment across our media and business goals
- Driving innovation through channel testing, platform trials, and AI integration
- Reporting to leadership with clarity, insight and context—demonstrating how actions taken are contributing to both our performance and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 10+ years experience planning and buying on Google Ads and Meta (essential)
- Experience across other media platforms (e.g. Bing, Native, Programmatic, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) is highly desirable
- Strong track record of scaling lead gen campaigns in performance-focused businesses
- Outstanding communication skills—able to clearly and concisely explain complex systems and distil the important business considerations from technical and media jargon
