We’re now looking for a Head of Paid Media to lead our performance marketing function — someone who can drive PPC and Paid Social strategy, mentor a small but growing team, and play a key role in shaping the future of our media offering.

The Role

As Head of Paid Media, you’ll take ownership of our clients’ PPC and Paid Social strategies — ensuring campaigns are innovative, efficient, and delivering measurable ROI.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, manage key client relationships, and oversee the delivery of cross-channel paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the agency’s PPC and Paid Social offering across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns to meet client KPIs across acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI and efficient spend across all paid channels.
  • Oversee and support a small team of Paid Media specialists — mentoring and guiding their growth.
  • Collaborate with creative, data, and strategy teams to deliver integrated eCommerce marketing campaigns.
  • Keep up to date with trends, algorithm updates, and emerging opportunities in PPC and Paid Social.
  • Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations directly to clients and internal stakeholders.

About You

  • Proven experience managing and optimising PPC and Paid Social campaigns within an agency or eCommerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major paid platforms.
  • Confident managing budgets and presenting performance data.
  • A supportive leader who enjoys developing people and fostering collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for driving performance through data and insight.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to make an impact in a growing team.
