An Australian activewear brand that has grown from a local idea to one of the fastest‑growing eCommerce businesses in the country is looking for a Head of Partnerships. The brand is a major player in fitness and lifestyle, has a genuine community and a huge following, and is now ready to invest in partnerships to scale internationally.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and scale a partnerships and athlete programme that people actually want to be part of.
• Develop a strategy that blends brand reach, community, and measurable commercial return.
• Identify and recruit influencers, athletes, and collaborators across fitness, fashion, and lifestyle.
• Lead brand activations, events, and partnerships with other high‑profile consumer brands.
• Manage budgets, negotiate deals, and report on performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with creative, paid media, and product teams to bring ideas to life.
• Lead and grow a small team, creating the processes and structure to scale.

What we’re looking for

• Someone who’s led partnerships, influencer, or ambassador programmes in a fast‑moving brand.
• Strong commercial understanding – you know how to prove the value of partnerships.
• Experience across fitness, fashion, eCommerce, or consumer lifestyle brands.
• Creative, social‑first thinking with a good grasp of how culture moves.
• The confidence to lead, build a team, and make decisions quickly.
• Ideally, experience designing or scaling a partnerships function from the ground up.

You’ll have full relocation covered, sponsorship sorted, and genuine autonomy to build something world‑class. The team is fast‑paced, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about what they do.
