Overview
Head of Pre-Sales Solutions Architecture – Fortinet, Cisco, WAN, MPLS, SDWAN. Leading a team of Presales Solution Architects to enable growth for a fast-paced Solutions Provider. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on contribution on complex Enterprise engagements, including High-Level Designs (HLDs) and client bids. The position requires strong visibility within the business and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Management.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Solution Architects, providing strategic direction for all solution architecture domains including network, cloud, security, and UC/CCaaS.
- Act as lead architect for strategic bids, driving customer confidence through technical leadership.
- Develop high-level technical solutions and oversee tenders, bids, and design workshops.
- Own complex Enterprise Network Security engagements and contribute to growth of Cyber/SOC capabilities within the business.
- Collaborate with Sales to manage the pipeline and ensure timely delivery of work produced by the team.
- Travel as needed to the office for sales and team meetings and collaboration with Senior Management.
