Are you a Senior Procurement Manager ready to take the next step into a Head of Procurement role? Would you thrive in a standalone, greenfield environment where you can make a real impact?

I’m working with a fantastic holiday and leisure business on the South Coast, which, as part of its exciting expansion, is hiring a Head of Procurement for a newly created position.

In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of all procurement activity across the business and be responsible for designing and implementing procurement policies and procedures from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide procurement strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the procurement function to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Oversee sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Establish and manage procurement policies, processes, and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Deliver cost savings while maintaining or improving product and service quality.
• Build strong supplier relationships and lead supplier performance initiatives.
• Use procurement data and analytics to identify opportunities for savings and process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Legal, and R&D teams.

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• In-depth understanding of strategic sourcing, category management, and supply chain operations.
