Head of Product, B2C, Mobile | Social Media, Scale-Up, 15 Million Users

We’re looking for a Head of Product to join a fast-growing social media / dating mobile application, with over 12 million downloads.

This role could be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently leading a small team, to take a leap into a larger scale. Or someone who is a seasoned manager who is looking to go through something exciting and scaling.

The role will be looking after the strategic arm of the company managing 3 Leaders & 2 PM's directly. They are looking for someone who has experience managing teams, identifying problems, features and new revenue streams for the business.

The right candidate will own the strategy end to end and will work between, Data Analysts, Design, technology and marketing to delivery solutions.

The Company / Situation:

The company is profitable and has been consistently growing, however due to demand has recently expanded their team across all areas, meaning they now have a need for a Head of Product.

They are extremely well known in multiple countries across the world, such as the UK, US, Pakistan, and all over Europe. But they don't want to settle there and are ready to internationalise the product.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 8+ People
• Drive best product practices throughout the company
• Manage 3 Team Leaders to get the best out of each team
• Own company and squad initiatives.
• Own the strategy and roadmap and work with CEO and CTO
• Work within cross functional teams to ensure strong delivery.
• Extensive user research.

Requirements:

• Over 6 years working in Product Management
• 2+ years experience in a leadership role
• Solid experience management & mentoring juniors
• Experience leading from the front.
• Exposure to training other leaders.
• Experience working in a scale-up / startup.
• Experience working with B2C Mobile Applications
• Identifying problems and introducing new practices to a company.

Remuneration:

• Up to £120,000+ Bonus and Benefits
