Vista Health, part of the InHealth Group, is looking for a strategic and visionary Head of Product to shape and grow our healthcare product portfolio. This is a pivotal and highly autonomous leadership role, responsible not only for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our products, but also for designing and building the future structure of the product department at Vista Health.

You’ll have the autonomy and accountability to establish how product management operates within our organisation, ensuring it drives innovation, growth, and exceptional patient experiences. Working closely with our digital product team, clinical specialists, and wider stakeholders, you’ll ensure an exceptional customer journey as we expand our focus into preventive health products and services.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine commercial acumen, healthcare expertise and leadership to make a tangible impact in a fast-growing organisation.

This is a hybrid position that involves regular travel to various InHealth locations. Ideally, the successful candidate will be based in Manchester, Leeds, the Midlands, or London. You will also be expected to work from your nearest Vista Health site one day per week.

The role comes with a car allowance and a commission scheme.

What you will do

• Lead and deliver Vista Health’s product strategy, from concept to launch
• Drive new product development and integration of partner products
• Identify market trends, customer needs and growth opportunities
• Build strong business cases and ensure successful launches across the portfolio
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, clinical and operational teams
• Represent Vista Health as product subject matter expert at industry events

About you

• Senior-level experience in product leadership (healthcare experience strongly preferred)
• Proven success in launching new products and driving innovation
• Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills
• Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, able to influence at all levels
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and leadership skills
• Passionate about making healthcare more accessible and impactful
