Global Head of Production - London – Permanent - £150k per annum

Harvey Nash is working directly with a commodity client based in London with hybrid working pattern.

Experience / Competences

• Proven track record in delivering and maintaining multiple high-impact, business-critical technology solutions within live production environments.
• Background in production operations within the financial services sector, with hands-on leadership experience.
• In-depth understanding of global Equities markets, including operational workflows, regulatory frameworks, and electronic trading processes across both Cash Equities and Listed Derivatives. Solid familiarity with algorithmic trading strategies and infrastructure.
• Led the deployment and ongoing support of a wide range of technology platforms, including major transformation initiatives and flagship strategic programs.
• Skilled at guiding teams through agile delivery cycles to achieve successful outcomes in complex financial services ecosystems.
• Adept at developing strategic production support plans and balancing competing demands from diverse stakeholders with varying business objectives.
• Experienced in securing and managing budgets necessary to meet delivery milestones and operational targets.
• Successfully led and managed small to mid-sized teams, consistently driving collaborative and results-focused outcomes across large-scale organisations.
