Head of Projects - Events & Comms Agency

This senior opportunity is with a brilliant integrated events and comms agency delivering large-scale conferences, internal communication and engagement events for high-profile clients. The Head of Projects will lead the projects team and drive delivery excellence across all projects.

The agency

This integrated events and comms agency delivers a range of large-scale conferences, internal communication and engagement events. They cover content pieces, corporate video, live and virtual events with a focus on creativity and quality. The agency is seeking a proven Head of Projects to join and lead the projects team.

The role

The Head of Projects will have overall responsibility for overseeing the planning and delivery of each project. You will lead a high-performing team of PDs, SPMs and PMs. Projects may include complex large-scale corporate events, broadcast and hybrid formats, as well as some video/content and film work. This role requires on-site support for larger events and some UK and international travel. You will ensure operational excellence across each live project and work closely with account teams to adhere to SLAs in delivery.

About you

We are seeking a deep understanding of corporate live events in varying formats, gained in an agency environment, with line management experience. A strong understanding of logistics and the technical production offering is key, as is a track record in developing, nurturing and line-managing a team at varying levels. You will work collaboratively with inter-agency departments, be able to challenge where needed, and ensure each project is delivered with maximum commercial return and high quality. This is an excellent career opportunity with a London office presence required 3 days per week.

Salary

£75,000 + company bonus
