The Role
As Head of Quantitative Research, you’ll take ownership of project delivery and client satisfaction across the UK business. You’ll lead a team of talented project managers and client service professionals, ensuring high-quality execution, strong financial performance, and exceptional client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of quantitative project managers
- Building trusted relationships with key healthcare clients and overseeing client service improvement plans
- Embedding best-in-class standards across every stage of the project lifecycle
- Partnering with internal teams (Engineering, HR, Compliance) to enhance systems, processes, and people development
- Driving efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction KPIs across multiple markets
- Supporting integration of new acquisitions and ensuring a seamless client experience
- Leading from the front — ensuring projects run smoothly, challenges are resolved proactively, and the team delivers consistent excellence
Your Skills & Experience
- 8+ years’ experience in quantitative research or market research operations (healthcare sector preferred)
- 3+ years managing a team (both junior and senior staff)
- A deep understanding of quantitative project delivery across UK and international markets
- Experience managing operations, project management and fieldwork teams
- Proven ability to drive client satisfaction, profitability, and delivery standards
- Strong commercial and people management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational ability
