Overview
Are you experienced in enterprise risk management and looking for your next opportunity? We have a fantastic opportunity to join Sovereign Network Group (SNG) as Head of Risk. You'll be responsible for leading SNG's risk function, setting out how we manage risk and working across the whole organisation to embed our approach into our everyday activities and decision-making. - Maintaining and enhancing SNG's risk management framework, ensuring regular re-approval of the framework and its components at the appropriate level
- Supporting the organisation with expert advice on risk management matters and ensuring the Organisation stays up to date on emerging risks
- Working with the Learning & Development team to create and implement a targeted risk management awareness training program for all employees and contractors, ensuring appropriate measures are in place to track the effectiveness
- Designing and drafting regular reporting to senior leaders, the executive board, the Audit & Risk Committee, and the SNG Board, to ensure they have accurate information in order to make informed decisions and effectively manage SNG's risks
- Analysing risk data to identify trends, insights, and recommend areas for improvement
- Managing the Risk team with a focus on providing direction, and promoting a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
