Head of Sales and Business Development

We’re searching for a driven and experienced Head of Sales to lead growth at a premium events production company specialising in AV, staging, and design for high-profile corporate, brand, and luxury events across the UK.

In this senior role, you’ll shape the sales strategy, build key client relationships, and drive revenue across sectors including finance, fashion, tech, and entertainment. You’ll work closely with creative and production teams on unforgettable event experiences for prestigious clients throughout London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s sales and business development strategy
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across the city
  • Build long-term relationships with high-end clients and agencies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and pitches
  • Report on sales performance and market trends to the leadership team

About You

  • Strong network of industry contacts within corporate, agency, or luxury event sectors
  • Commercially minded with experience hitting ambitious revenue targets
  • Proven track record in event production or AV sales at a senior level is preferred but not essential.

£65,000 - 80,000 per annum, based on experience
