Overview

PostPilot is hiring our first commercial leader in the UK. You will open and scale the UK market, own new business revenue, and build a high leverage partner ecosystem with agencies, platforms, and strategic accounts. You will set the playbook, close flagship logos, stand up repeatable pipeline generation, and influence product feedback for the UK. You will report to the Executive Team and work closely with the founders.

What You Will Do

  • Own a UK new business quota and deliver against monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and manage pipeline across mid market and enterprise ecommerce brands and retailers
  • Run the full cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution mapping, ROI cases, pilots, negotiation, close
  • Be hands-on post-close, and coordinate with our customer success team
  • Establish and scale agency, platform, and channel partnerships that source qualified pipeline and revenue
  • Craft proposals and commercial terms that align with value delivered and unit economics
  • Create a repeatable outbound and event strategy for the UK and represent PostPilot at industry events
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, case studies, and UK specific messaging

What You Bring

  • Proven success selling marketing technology or services to ecommerce or retail in the UK market
  • Track record of beating quota in full cycle roles with complex stakeholders and multi month sales cycles
  • Partnerships experience. You can source pipeline through agencies, platforms, and alliances, not just outbound
  • Strong commercial acumen. You understand unit economics, ROAS, and incremental lift and can build a business case
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Confident with C suite and procurement
  • Process discipline in CRM. You maintain clean stages, accurate forecasts, and tight next steps
  • Comfortable operating as the first person on the ground. You execute, iterate, and document the playbook
  • Professional level English. Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem is a plus
