As our Head of Sales for EMEA (Senior Manager, Sales) at JobAdder, you will be the driving force behind our business sales team. You will inspire, coach, and lead a team of direct reports to exceed their goals while strategically shaping the future of sales in the region. This is a pivotal people leadership role where you will cultivate a culture of positivity and high performance.

What You’ll Achieve

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to:

  • Drive Results: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Optimise Performance: Increase ACV, reduce the sales cycle time, and maintain strong pipeline generation.
  • Build a Winning Team: Foster a results-driven mindset, improve collaboration with SDR and marketing teams, and maintain low non-performance-based attrition.
  • Strategic Execution: Develop and implement best-practice playbooks and processes to accelerate sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives to success.
  • Work with leadership to set ambitious and achievable sales goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to fuel lead generation and with the Revenue Enablement team to refine programs.
  • Provide clear and concise reporting on current and future business to the Chief of Customer Success and Sales and wider ELT.

Qualifications

  • An Experienced Leader: You have over 5 years of experience in SaaS sales and at least 3 years in a sales management role.
  • A Proven Builder: You have a strong track record of successfully leading sales teams, with a particular focus on building outbound functions from scratch.
  • A Strategic Thinker: You are analytical, data-driven, and know the numbers required to successfully grow a high-volume team.
  • Industry Expert: You have knowledge of the SaaS, Rec Tech, or HR Tech industries and experience working with SMB and mid-market clients.
  • Methodology-Driven: Experience with a recognised sales methodology (Challenger preferred) is highly valued.
