Our client is a market-leading HRTech platform, established over 10 years ago. Their best-of-breed SaaS platform is used on a global scale, providing flexible & customized solutions to HR Teams across both private and public sector organisations. Examples of their clients include the likes of Clarins, Landmark and B.Braun.
This organization have a fantastic track record of growth & success and are now looking for a Sales Manager to join their team; this opportunity is a combination of leading the sales team whilst also managing a sales pipeline too, with long-term expectations for the role to progress into a majority leadership focus.
This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days per month in their office in the South of England. Outside of this, the role will be remote based. Candidates from across the UK are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Team whilst also managing own sales pipeline / managing own individual quota
- Collaborate with wider senior leadership team to develop & implement sales strategy in order to optimize performance
- Recruit & train new sales team members, developing playbooks for both inbound & outbound selling
- Monitor sales team performance, providing regular coaching & feedback
- Build & maintain strong relationships with clients
- Work with product team on area for product improvement based on customer feedback and customer needs
- Prepare regular sales reporting and deliver to senior leadership team
- Oversee effective CRM system use and other sales tools
The Successful Candidate
- Current individuals in a Sales Leadership role, including Player Managers
- Experience Account Executives / Business Development Managers who are looking to step into a Player Manager / Leadership position
- Must come from a HR Tech background
- Based in the UK
