Role Overview

Initially, you will be responsible for managing 7 established recruiters, with the goal of growing the team organically through both rookies and experienced hires. In the future, this role could expand to a national remit, overseeing housing operations in Birmingham, Manchester, and Glasgow.

Compensation

Along with a base salary, you will receive personal commission, management bonuses, and an annual bonus based on performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Experienced public sector recruiter, either currently managing or seeking that step
• Hard-working and entrepreneurial
• Full UK working rights
• Proven billing history within the public sector, ideally social housing
