Overview
Head of People Partnering (12 month FTC) – Managing the Talent Acquisition function for UK/Europe and leading the People Partnering plan. Hybrid of operational and strategic responsibilities, partnering at senior levels to coach leaders and maximise team potential while aligning with brand values.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Deliver the Talent Acquisition plan through the team. Lead employer branding initiatives and own our LinkedIn, Glassdoor and AllSaints Careers site to showcase what it’s like to work here. Promote internal career pathways using internal intranet and careers site. Increase visibility of internal mobility and own the Store 2 Studio programme.
- Ensure candidate experience remains strong and attractive to top talent across diverse sources, campaigns and events. Oversee our ATS, ensure ethical and compliant recruitment.
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team, coaching and developing staff, providing escalation support and hands-on recruitment as required.
- Monitor market trends in recruitment and employer branding; manage peak recruitment for stores and distribution centres, collaborating with retail and logistics teams. Provide regular reporting to the Chief People Officer on recruitment KPIs.
People Partnering
- Deliver the People Partnering plan through the team, strengthening policies, handbooks, toolkits, training, and career pathways. Ensure information is accessible to empower teams.
- Stay ahead of legislation and maintain compliance by collaborating with retail operations, L&D and payroll, focusing on EU Pay Transparency, Employment Rights readiness, and mandatory training.
- Lead a business partnering model that supports business goals and transformation objectives. Deliver People Essentials, People & Conduct, People & Performance, DE&I and ER Masterclass learning pathways; review wellbeing provisions and signpost support to managers.
- Lead, coach and develop the People Partnering team to provide a commercial and credible people service. Manage employee relations resolution in line with brand values and act as escalation point for appeals and ER cases.
- Lead through store closures, restructures and reorganisations, ensuring resources align with strategy, legal compliance and people support during difficult times.
- Oversee bi-annual performance calibration and appraisal processes, including planning, communication, record keeping and outputs. Benchmark and set pay for UK and EU teams, and participate in annual budgeting and forecasting with the Chief People Officer and Chief Finance Officer. Coordinate pay changes with the Global Head of Payroll.
- Manage in-year people budgets for Head Office, including remuneration decisions with appropriate documentation and escalation where necessary. Provide regular reporting on employee relations KPIs and support P&C team activities and broader projects as directed by the Chief People Officer.

- Senior HR management experience in a fast-paced environment (retail preferred), with full life cycle recruitment across head office and retail, strong ER, transformation and organisation design experience.
- Strong business partnering, influencing and communication skills; ability to handle ambiguity, prioritise, work at pace and make autonomous decisions.
- Global mindset with adaptability to client group needs. Training and coaching experience, including content creation; international experience is essential.
Location
Based in East London Studios, Shoreditch. Hybrid working with local benefits and discounts. Approximate travel as required.
