Overview

This role is for a senior leader delivering software and services to the Healthcare / Medical sector. You will manage a small focused team and own the application landscape, including planning, launch and day-to-day management of Technology Services. You will understand, articulate and maintain the delivery of all application and business systems to customers. A strong background in Service Delivery and experience delivering to 3rd parties is required. Experience in Clinical Systems is critical; RIS/PACS software is highly advantageous. Any consultancy experience or pre-sales/solutioning experience could also be of interest.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team delivering software and services to the Healthcare/Medical sector.
• Own the application landscape and manage the planning, launch and day-to-day delivery of Technology Services for internal and external customers.
• Understand, articulate and maintain the delivery of all application and business systems to customers.
• Apply a strong background in Service Delivery and work with third-party providers.
• Engage with Clinical Systems and related environments; experience with RIS/PACS software is highly advantageous.
• Leverage consultancy experience or pre-sales / solutioning where relevant.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and adapt to change during a period of transition.

Qualifications & preferences

• Healthcare sector experience; understanding of Radiology is advantageous.
• Autonomy to shape and grow the team through change.

Location & compensation

Warwickshire, England, United Kingdom • Expected to be in the office 1–2 days a week.

Salary range: £75,000 – £85,000.
