We’re now looking for an experienced Head of Technology to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for building and delivering a technology roadmap that enables efficiency, resilience, and growth – while ensuring a great experience for both customers and employees. You’ll lead our tech team, introduce best practices, and work closely with Group IT to make sure our systems are safe, effective, and future-ready.

What You\'ll Do

• Lead, inspire, and grow the technology team.
• Develop and deliver a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) and ensure smart use of resources.
• Oversee software development and ERP upgrades.
• Drive innovation through emerging technologies.
• Ensure security, resilience, and reliability across infrastructure and systems.

What are we looking for?

• Proven senior technology leadership experience (ideally in eCommerce).
• Strong track record of improving customer experience & business performance.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent communicator and people leader.
• Expertise in software development, agile methods, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of data, analytics, and GDPR.
