We're Hiring: Head of Treasury (VP) | Private Markets | London

Are you a strategic Treasury leader ready to make a real impact in a fast-growing investment platform? We’re seeking an exceptional Head of Treasury to lead and evolve our Treasury function—driving innovation, optimizing liquidity, and supporting global investment activity. This is a rare opportunity to play a critical role in a high-performing finance team at the heart of a dynamic private markets platform.

Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days/week in office)

Reporting to: Head of Fund Finance

Purpose of the Role:

As Head of Treasury, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to the Treasury function, aligning closely with our firm’s growth objectives. You’ll oversee liquidity, FX risk, capital activity, and treasury operations across multiple fund structures and jurisdictions—ensuring robust controls, insightful reporting, and a best-in-class operating model.

Liquidity & Deal Funding

• Lead forecasting and liquidity planning across fund entities

• Ensure timely capital deployment and deal funding

• Optimize returns on short-term cash within risk parameters

Capital Calls & Distributions

• Oversee call scheduling and fund-level cash flow coordination

• Manage subscription lines and other bridging solutions

• Manage multi-currency exposures and design hedging strategies

• Work with Portfolio Management and Compliance to ensure alignment with firmwide risk appetite

Banking & Counterparty Relations

• Build and manage relationships with global banking partners and administrators

• Negotiate terms across FX, custody, credit, and cash management products

Controls & Reporting

• Lead Treasury compliance across regulatory regimes (AIFMD, SEC, etc.)

• Maintain robust controls over cash movement and account access

• Deliver timely dashboards and analysis to internal and external stakeholders

• Partner with Investor Relations and Fund Finance to support LP queries and capital activity

• Drive cross-functional projects including system implementations and automation

• Assist with monetization of public stock received in kind

What We’re Looking For:

Extensive experience in a Treasury leadership role in private markets, ideally with fund of fund experience.

Deep technical knowledge of FX, credit lines, cash management, and private fund structures

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex operations

Strong communication skills with confidence in facing investors and C-suite

Familiarity with fund financing structures, subscription lines, and hedge strategies

A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset

• Influence a core function in a rapidly growing investment platform

• Collaborate with experienced teams across Finance, Investment, and Legal
