We’re excited to be partnering with a leading company in the live entertainment sector, searching for a commercially driven leader to take ownership of VIP sales and premium hospitality experiences across major live tours, shows, and festivals. This is a chance to combine strategic sales leadership with hands-on event delivery - creating unforgettable guest experiences while driving significant business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the commercial strategy for VIP and hospitality packages - from pricing and positioning to maximising uptake.
  • Lead the development and roll-out of compelling premium offerings across live events.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance, adapting strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and mentor a small team, providing clear direction and leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with ticketing teams, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate with suppliers (venues, caterers, merchandisers, travel providers) to optimise margins and quality.
  • Personally manage high-value client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the organisation at live events, overseeing the premium guest experience end-to-end.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong background in VIP, hospitality, or premium experience sales within music, entertainment, sport, or related sectors.
  • Strong record of driving commercial growth and delivering sales targets.
  • Skilled in budget management, financial reporting, and P&L accountability.
  • Confident relationship-builder, comfortable handling senior clients and stakeholders.
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused leader who can balance sales strategy with on-the-ground delivery.
  • Excellent communicator, thrives in a fast-paced, live events environment.
