Hadley Marriot Ltd is hiring a Health, Safety & Quality Director for a leading Plant Hire business in the UK. Location: Hybrid. We’re looking for a proven leader to take complete ownership of all things HSQ, build the future roadmap of the division, and maintain our clients gold standard.

Now approaching £50M in revenue, they’re looking for a leader who can design and implement processes that keep both employees and customers safe, driving safety and excellence across the business.

Base pay range

Responsibilities

• Owns the health, safety and quality roadmap and program across the business.
• Designs and implements processes to keep employees and customers safe; drives safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Influences decisions at Board level and leads, mentors and develops high‑performing HSQ teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Senior HSQ leadership experience at board level.
• Plant hire or construction background.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, legislation and risk management.
