  • Track record of managing systems to OHSAS 18001 standards (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, make key decisions, and balance workload effectively.
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and a pragmatic approach to risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Recognised training qualifications (e.g. Manual Handling Instructor, Fire Safety).
  • Membership of IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety and Health).

What you’ll get

  • £50,000 and benefits package.
  • Hybrid working with flexibility across office and site locations.
  • Professional development opportunities and support for further qualifications.
  • A collaborative, people‑focused culture where safety and wellbeing are prioritised.

Why this role?
