Are you a qualified Health and Social Care Assessor looking for a role that's both rewarding and unique? CTSW is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our team in a role that breaks away from the traditional classroom setting.

We’re seeking someone who is flexible, adaptable, and passionate about delivering high-quality assessment in real-world environments. This position is perfect for an assessor who enjoys working 1:1 with learners, observing and guiding them directly in their workplace to help them achieve their qualifications.

About the Role:

* Predominantly based in Ivybridge

* Work closely with the incredible staff in an adult residential home

* Support and assess carers who provide exceptional care to extremely vulnerable adults with complex needs

* Develop and deliver smart, tailored assessment strategies to fit around the busy schedules of care staff

* No classroom required – this is practical, impactful work that truly supports professional development

What We’re Looking For:

* A qualified assessor (holding an Assessor Award such as CAVA, A1 or equivalent)

* Strong background in Health and Social Care

* A flexible and creative approach to assessment

* Ability to build relationships with learners and encourage their progression

* Excellent organisational and communication skills
