Overview

Health & Care Regulatory Associate (4+ PQE) at Bevan Brittan LLP. The role involves advising clients on health, social care and education issues, both contentious and non-contentious.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own varied caseload of advisory and litigation matters
• Advocacy at inquests, Court of Protection hearings and Tribunals
• Active involvement in client care and business development

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 4+ PQE
• Experience in health, social care law and/or education law
• Ability to work confidently with clients and colleagues
• Technical excellence, organised, lateral thinker with an eye for detail
• Enthusiasm to develop legal skills and a willingness to take on challenges
• Team player, with the temperament to form strong and sustained working partnerships
• Practical and commercial approach
• Experience with business development initiatives
