Oversee and manage all Health & Safety requirements across a portfolio of residential buildings. Conduct site inspections and risk assessments (including fire, asbestos, and general building compliance). Prepare and review Health & Safety policies, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. Support property managers and directors on best practices for safety management. Liaise with contractors, surveyors, and regulatory bodies as needed. Provide regular training and guidance to teams to maintain high safety standards.

About You:
Proven Health & Safety experience within property management, block management, or facilities management. Strong knowledge of building compliance, fire safety, and relevant legislation. NEBOSH or IOSH qualified (or working towards). Excellent communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
