More about your role
- This role involves delivering sessions in the community, outside of our Leisure Centres.
- Set up and manage sustainable Healthy Communities projects that deliver measurable impact, focusing on addressing health inequalities and access issues in Northumberland.
- Complete monitoring and evaluation tasks as requested by your line manager, following current data protection protocols.
- Deliver specific Healthy Communities projects/programmes, such as Exercise Referral, Falls Prevention, Mams on the Move, Group Exercise Sessions, and Activities for Young People, in accordance with your training and qualifications, and the parameters discussed with your line manager.

More about you
- Qualified instructor in a relevant discipline to deliver sessions independently (e.g., Exercise Referral, Coaching, Group Exercise, Pre-Post Natal), recognized by relevant governing bodies such as CIMSPA.
- Experience in planning, delivering, and monitoring sessions.
- A passion for improving the health of the local community.
- Proficiency in MS tools.
- Full UK Driving License and willingness to drive a community van.
