Associate Director | Legal Recruitment Specialist | West Yorkshire

A leading, specialist firm dedicated solely to disputes involving wills, estates, and trusts is offering an outstanding opportunity for a confident and experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor. This role is ideal for someone looking to work on complex, high-value matters within a forward-thinking firm that embraces flexible and remote working.

Who We’re Looking For:

We welcome applications from qualified solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ post‑qualification experience (PQE) in Contentious Probate.

As part of a nationally recognised team, you will handle a diverse caseload, including will challenges, Inheritance Act claims, and trust litigation. This role requires a self‑sufficient solicitor with the confidence and experience to take cases from instruction through to resolution.

Please note: This role is not suitable for candidates with only limited exposure to Contentious Probate. You must have at least three years of hands‑on experience dealing with disputes in this field.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years PQE purely specialising in Contentious Probate
• Proven and significant experience in Contentious Probate
• Comfortable handling a full caseload independently
• Strong understanding of Inheritance Act 1975 claims, will validity disputes, executor/trustee disputes, and trust litigation
• Excellent client care, communication, and drafting skills
