A charity supporting military families is seeking an Employment Advisor to provide tailored advice and guidance to military partners/spouses. Responsibilities include assessing individual needs, conducting workshops, and facilitating mentoring sessions. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment support and an understanding of the unique challenges military families face. This is a home-based role with travel throughout Glasgow and Scotland.
