Overview

Housing Disrepair Lawyer — Local Authority based in the South-East. This role is part-time or full-time and can be undertaken on a hybrid basis. The assignment is an ongoing locum arrangement pending permanent recruitment.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in dealing with housing disrepair matters on behalf of a Local Authority and should be available to commence the position at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage housing disrepair matters on behalf of the Local Authority, handling related legal work as part of the council’s legal services team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housing disrepair matters for a Local Authority.
• Available to commence the locum position at short notice.
• Ability to attend the office 2-3 times per week (hybrid working).
