Role

Our client, a Local Authority based in the South-East, is seeking a locum Housing Disrepair Lawyer to join their legal services team on an ongoing basis, pending permanent recruitment. This opportunity can be undertaken on a part-time or full-time basis. The candidate would be able to attend the office 2-3 times per week.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with Housing Disrepair matters on behalf of a Local Authority.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dealing with Housing Disrepair matters on behalf of a Local Authority.
• Available to commence this locum position at short notice.
