About the Role: You will manage a varied caseload primarily focused on housing litigation, with a strong emphasis on disrepair claims alongside possession proceedings, anti-social behaviour, and homelessness appeals. You will provide expert advice to landlords, housing associations, and local authorities, advocating for clients and ensuring high-quality case outcomes. What We're Looking For:
Qualified Solicitor, NQ to 5 years PQE in housing litigation Must have demonstrable experience handling disrepair matters Confident in court advocacy with a strong track record in possession claims and other housing litigation Ability to manage cases independently and work remotely Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach Comfortable with technology and remote case management Based within 1.5 hours of Kent to attend occasional client or court meetings if required
