This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer to join one of the UK’s most respected housing management teams, a nationally recognised practice advising leading housing associations, local authorities, care providers, and other landlords on the full range of housing and tenancy issues.

The Role

Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you’ll advise social landlords and other organisations on a wide range of housing management matters, including:

  • Possession and injunction claims
  • Anti-social behaviour cases
  • Disrepair, tenancy, and breach of covenant disputes
  • Equality Act and Mental Capacity Act cases
  • Social housing fraud, access injunctions, and succession issues
  • Service charge and leasehold disputes

You’ll gain hands‑on advocacy experience, manage your own caseload (appropriate to your level), and play an active role in client relationships, with direct access to high‑profile national clients.

What You’ll Bring

  • NQ–2 years’ PQE, ideally with experience in housing, property litigation, or public sector work
  • Excellent organisation and drafting skills, with a strong eye for detail
  • The confidence to work directly with clients and build lasting relationships
  • A practical, commercial approach to problem‑solving
  • Genuine enthusiasm for housing management and social housing law
