HR Advisor, 12 month FTC - Higher Education - Surrey with hybrid working - £41,600
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a world-leading organisation. You will be responsible for providing proactive and pragmatic HR advice and guidance to a specific client base. Your key accountabilities will include:
- Providing high-quality advice and guidance to line managers
- Supporting line managers with a range of complex Employee Relations issues
- Assisting line managers with change management programmes including restructures, redundancies, and TUPE
- Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures
- Coaching and upskilling managers and colleagues
- Supporting and coaching an Assistant HR Advisor
- Maintaining and improving HR operations and processes
You should be an experienced HR Advisor with a proven track record of managing employee relations cases from end to end in a fast-paced environment. A strong knowledge of HR best practices and experience in coaching line managers are essential, along with strong stakeholder management skills. Ideally, you will have line management experience.
