Pay - Grade 9
Working arrangements - hybrid – we only expect staff to be in the office for the monthly team meeting, but they could be out at schools two to three days a week.

Job Description
You will work with HR Senior Business Partners and HR Business Partners to support the delivery of Directorate/Service People Plans, ensuring that accurate and proactive HR advice is delivered to managers and employees. You will focus on providing comprehensive HR generalist advice and guidance to managers to implement HR policies and procedures across all Employee Relations aspects, including sickness absence, bullying and harassment, grievance, conduct, performance management, and recruitment, in line with policies, Employment Law, and best practices.
You will serve as a contact point for managers and employees seeking general advice and support, referring more complex issues to HR Senior Business Partners and HR Business Partners as necessary. Good interpersonal skills are essential to respond effectively to enquiries from managers and employees, maintaining professionalism and a focus on business outcomes.
