HR Assistant / Coordinator at H9 Talent Solutions. Contract: Permanent, Hybrid Working. Are you looking to build your HR career in a fast-paced, growing business? We’re on the lookout for an organised and motivated HR Assistant / Coordinator to join our team and support the full employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the team across the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
- Assisting with day-to-day HR operations, processes, and administration.
- Supporting Employee Relations (ER) matters – with training and guidance provided if you’re new to this area.
- Helping to deliver a positive employee experience in a fast-paced and growing environment.
- Working closely with managers and employees, providing first-line HR support and advice.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Previous HR Assistant or Coordinator experience (ideally within a busy, fast-paced setting).
- A proactive, organised individual with great attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Some experience with Employee Relations would be an advantage – but if you don’t have this, we’ll support you to develop your skills.
- Someone eager to learn and grow in their HR career.
- Great exposure: Work across a wide range of HR activities, gaining hands-on generalist experience.
