HR Assistant / Coordinator at H9 Talent Solutions. Contract: Permanent, Hybrid Working. Are you looking to build your HR career in a fast-paced, growing business? Responsibilities

  • Supporting the team across the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Assisting with day-to-day HR operations, processes, and administration.
  • Supporting Employee Relations (ER) matters – with training and guidance provided if you’re new to this area.
  • Helping to deliver a positive employee experience in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Working closely with managers and employees, providing first-line HR support and advice.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Previous HR Assistant or Coordinator experience (ideally within a busy, fast-paced setting).
  • A proactive, organised individual with great attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Some experience with Employee Relations would be an advantage – but if you don’t have this, we’ll support you to develop your skills.
  • Someone eager to learn and grow in their HR career.
  • Great exposure: Work across a wide range of HR activities, gaining hands-on generalist experience.
